The Power of Almonds

As I mentioned before, I munch on almonds to quickly fill me up. Almonds are a great snack because they are:

- high in protein
- high in fiber
- high in monounsaturated fat (the good fat)
- a good source of Vitamin E
- a good source of minerals (calcium, magnesium and phosporous)

So...go nuts for these nuts!
