Late to bed and early to rise and now you're stuck with puffy eyes? It happens to everyone. Instead of piling on makeup to cover up those bags and actually making them worse, head to your kitchen pantry and grab a potato instead. That's right...a potato! No, we are not making hash-browns, we are going to de-puff your eyes! These startchy vegetables are full of potassium and Vitamin C that will help do the trick.
What You Need:
- 1 potato with skin
What To Do:
- Put two raw thick slices of potatoes over your eyes
- Let sit for about 10 minutes
- Repeat whenever those puffy eyes are back

After leaving the blog for sometime I am back and ready to get posting! Health and Fitness tips will be back in action along with polls and fun facts.
It doesn't stop there, I'll be working on getting some new content! I've been experimenting in the kitchen a little more with cooking and baking. I am currently co-founder of a cupcake company - Cakeums.com with my good friend, Alicia. Plus I found a new love of cooking and enjoy making new foods to try with my fiance!
I always search other blogs and websites for baking tips and cooking recipes so I will be sure to add what I learn and make here for all to see. The beauty remedies will be a new genre for me. I currently have acne scars and search the internet for any at home concoction I can throw together with spending little money. There is only one way to find out if it works or not...so I will be your own consumer reporter with real life feedback.
